It was very good value for money

Doesn't look appealing from the outside due to its grey tones but it turns out to be so pleasantly new, clean and rather luxurious. Very comfortable beds unlike the others we have stayed in, which were so soft. No self-service laundry, unfortunately. But the shared kitchen was wonderful.

Great place to stay

Graeme is a fantastic host, super emphathetic as I checked in for visiting relative in hospital nearby Property is 5 min max from Waikato hospital, clean and neat and has everything one needs for a comfortable stay be it short or longer term

loved the room, clean and well planned. Not big compared to other motels, but very comfortable, cosy size. Was not so comfortable for me as bed was too soft for my liking.

Was just stopping by for a night as I travelled from Taupo to Paihia. Room was big and clean, good for a one night stay.

It is always a lovely stay - the rooms are exceptional and so quiet. There was an issue with the phone and the TV in my room and how staff handle these things is always the test, they were endlessly helpful and offered to change my room - I declined because I really didn't feel like moving all my stuff. The issues did not affect my stay at all, I highly recommend the hotel if you need a rest before hitting the road or want a quiet night before an early flight!

Glorious views of the beach , and sunset. Modern villa with new appliances and well equipped kitchen. Cleanliness needs to be improved: shower stalls need some intensive scrubbing, countertops wiped down.

Had a good experience there. Near to car rental company. And was near to the lake.

The room was cleaned and drink items replenished daily during my one week’s stay at the hotel. The hotel is well located, close to Supervalue supermarket, and food outlets like fish & chips, 2 pizza eateries, and Western, Japanese Sushi & Thai cuisine outlets. A 24/7 fitness gym is also close by

Very clean Good bed and linens Easy parking Easy few min drive to town and Super market. An hour to waitomo and 30min to hobbiton and 70-80 min to Rotorua and Mt Managuhi . Good central location as a base to explore other parts

Given second floor with no lift. Traveling with kids and luggages. No lift?
