"Très bon accueil et endroit bien situé"
"There were a couple of problems the first day (arrival), but they were sorted out by the time I came back on the second day. The staff were very helpful, the room was perfectly clean, and the breakfast buffet (included in the room rate) was extensive and high quality."

Prize by Radisson, Bern City
Prize by Radisson, Bern City"There’s some kind of issue with the noise the doors make as they close. It sounds like they are closing right into your room. The air conditioning was on power save the whole time and it was warm in the room with no air circulation. It would have been nice if the window wasn’t locked shut. The robot pizza making machine didn’t work but wasn’t marked as broken. The rooftop bar was nice and bartender was very nice. Front desk staff were nice and helpful."
"The hotel is very clean and quiet. Very accessible few minute walk to the tram station."
"Very clean and convenient with a bus stop to get to the center! Keep in mind that check-in is a little inconvenient since it’s self check-in and the devices run slow. We had to get front desk staff to complete the process because it wasn’t working."
Romantik Hotel & Restaurant Sternen
Romantik Hotel & Restaurant Sternen"We were unable to lower the temp so it was far too hot for us when we couldn't get it cooler after being so over heated all day. We are Canadians so we are not accustomed to the heat and the strength of the sun here in this heat wave. The lady at the dest was wonderful and the restaurant was amazing. The staff at the restaurant had us laughing and we really enjoyed being able to have such a wonderful experience right there at the hotel"
