Check-in was probably my fastest ever and staff was friendly. Room was basic and a little worn, but no complaints for one quick night, other than no hot water. Lots of hotdog/taco food cart options on the street nearby. Our room faced the main road through town, so there was quite a bit of street noise. "

"Very nice, centric place in Bernal. Overall the town is very noisy with all-terrain tourist vehicles blasting loud music. Recommend using ear plugs. The hotel was super nice and clean. Staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again!"

I find the rate per night to be high for what is offered; I would say it is overpriced by over $1,000 per night. Some of the amenities are still not activated; there is no coffee service in the rooms or available in the hotel, so you have to drive to the nearest convenience store to get coffee or snacks. "
