Oakland Airport Executive Hotel
Showed up and was told there was no hot water and no heat. Building is filthy, falling apart and had clearly been in this condition for quite some time.

The Marina Inn on San Francisco Bay
Did not like the fact that we had to pay additional fee for parking in their parking lot, along with the Spa not being open which I also seen other posts that they haven’t fixed their spa for multiple months.
