"Upon arrival at the front door both Team members were focused on their cell phones rather than being attentive and greeting us. We just came from another hotel with over the top service and this didn’t compare."

"The pool hours for the weekend ended at 7pm on the weekends and opened at 11am. On the week days they opened at 7am and closed at 11pm. I think that’s backwards. Other than that the staff were lovely and so helpful. Shout out to there valet parking they went above and beyond. Very clean rooms and amazing breakfast. Keep up the good work!!"

"We only stayed one night but we really enjoyed our stay! The room was beautiful and very clean, the pool was great and the outside grounds were beautiful! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar that they have on the grounds offered a complimentary drink for guests which was great so we went there and they had a live band playing which was awesome! The bartender was very friendly and told us a lot of the history of the hotel. Thank you to everyone!"
