As a Karachi native, I usually stay with relatives, but this time I chose a hotel to give my children a more engaging experience—and it was the best decision. They had a completely different, enjoyable stay full of comfort and entertainment. From the moment we arrived, the hotel management and staff delivered exceptional service. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were evident throughout. The facilities were excellent, and the five-star breakfast and dinner services were truly impressive—elegant, delicious, and well-curated. The stress-free airport transfers added to the comfort, making our arrival and departure seamless. The hard work of the entire team was clearly visible, and I feel proud that my hometown Karachi hosts a hotel that not only matches international five-star standards but goes beyond them. "At the time of check in the staff expected us to sleep three people on one bed. Though i mentioned the age of child was 15. This is not acceptable, but the night shift staff understood the situation and provided us extra bed. "

"The staff is pleasant and they are trying really hard, in my opinion. However, simple things are lacking. For breakfast, it would be nice to have cold water without asking, cold juice and drip coffee instead of instant. In the bathroom there is no place to place personal items. The windows are filthy. The bed, table and couch is nice, as is a large mirror and spacious closet. Some things are good, some not very good at all."
