"We had a great experience at Club Quarters. The room was small, but it had everything we needed and was comfortable. There were plenty of hangers. The bathroom was great. One of the best parts is the lobby, with a lovely skylight overseeing comfortable chairs. There's free coffee, tea, and seltzer, and on a rainy afternoon, we hung out here for a while. The staff were welcoming and helpful. I wished for a grab bar in the shower and another trash can in the room, but other than that, we were satisfied and are planning to return. "

"A very happening place ! Loved the decor everywhere and the hype vibe. The bar by the pool area needs more supplies. The wine offering were scarce . No Sauvignon Blanc , no Prosecco! These are not hard to find items, it's quite disappointing to not be available at such high-end hotel."

"The hotel felt old and dirty. Did not know it was pet friendly until I got there. The rooms smelled like dogs."

"Although it was not the fault of any of your staff, the nights in our room were very disturbing. The street traffic next to our room was extremely loud with emergency vehicles and vehicles with loud mufflers. We did not get sufficient sleep during our stay. Another issue was the bathroom shower which poured out too high a volume of water that the tub was quickly overfilled with water during the shower use. I notified the front desk who said they would send a maintenance person to address the problem. I did not see nor was told that anyone had come to repair the issue. Thank you for the opportunity to provide this comment and help any future hotel stay in that room."
