"It is one of those hotels where you go to the room with a code that is sent to you on the day of the trip. In theory it could have been a easy check in experience however on the massage they forget the special first time entrance code. I had to call them since the office is closed you have wait on phone to get routed to Köln head office . Till they could understand the issue and connect me to someone in Berlin who would connect to the lobby computer through a remote desktop software, I had to...
