Super smelly in my room, my room number is 415, do take note, there is a dam strong smell in the toilet, and I wonder why the hotel didn’t do anything about it, I have read other people review that their room is smelly too, so I guess this room has been smelly for quite a period? Does the hotel feel that it doesn’t matter to them? Since only one guest will get this room. I Spend over $300/night just for this smelly room, Doesn’t make sense right? And I request to change room, however it was full. When I first ask the staff about it, she just say can’t do anything, and I request to change room the next day when other guest check-out, as I’ve booked the room for 2nights, she didn’t bother to check if there’s any guests checking out next day to let me change, and just tell me that it fully booked. What a good customer service. The next morning, I went down to counter and request for a change of room, this time is a guy who serve me, and he went into the office to ask his manager, so he checked the system, and get me another room whereby the guests gonna check out.PLEASE TAKE NOTE ROOM 415, SMELLY AF.
Laundry is closed for the first night I stay, but resume it service the next day. 2 onsen available.
Walk around 20min to the nearest Lawson at late night as there is no more bus service after 7pm.
Anyway, the food is good, and the staffs at the restaurant is friendly too.
