What truly solidified this as a standout experience was their extraordinary service after checkout. In the rush to our next destination, I accidentally left behind my bag containing my passport and wallet. After contacting the hotel, the team went out of their way to personally deliver my belongings to our next location. That level of care, honesty and dedication is incredibly rare and deeply appreciated. I cannot recommend Sense Fuji enough. If you’re visiting Mount Fuji—or Japan in general—this is an absolute must-stay"

I would never recommend this as a '5 star, glamp' hotel. Service levels are 1 star. "
