"This is probably the best place to stay the night before departing via Haneda Airport. I especially appreciated the fact that the staff took the trouble to arrange nightwear of my size when I made the request before arrival. The kitchenette worked exactly as hoped. However during my stay the washer-dryer failed halfway giving an E94 error, which forced me to hand dry my clothes using the (admittedly excellent) Refa hairdryer. The humidity in the room also never dropped below 70% despite my turning on the aircon to dry mode for pretty much the entire stay. If the equipment were just a little better maintained it would be perfect. "

"Great staff who spoke English very well. They were very helpful making sure that our taxi driver knew where we wanted to go! Close to train station 5-7 minute walk. Would return in the future. Breakfast was extra (yen) but it was worth the money - lots of food and 3 choices (English, Chinese or Japanese style). Laundry available at decent price. "
