Cozy room, new building, nice area. Some shops and cafe, restaurants. Not easy check inn, you must go to another place, close to Hakata station, take paper code and pay, after return again to hotel room. 15 minutes.

HORRIBLE. *MUST READ* In Japan on business. Booked this property as I missed my train ticket back to where I was stationed in Japan, due to a business dinner. After my dinner I arrived at the advertised location only to learn I had to check in elsewhere. I tried calling the establishment (WHICH DOESN’T SPEAK ENGLISH) and I tried to locate the check-in location. The man on the other end of the line replied he doesn’t speak English and dropped my phone call. After finding WiFi at a local convenience store I found the address to the location and still couldn’t locate it. Taxi drivers couldn’t recognize the address and the annoyed check-in clerk dropped my phone call again after asking if anyone there spoke English (2nd call). After that I called Expedia customer support and a man answered who tried to contact the property and they dropped his phone call as well. The man claimed he couldn’t do anything to help me. It was past midnight at this point and I couldn’t book another hotel. I ended up staying up 4 hours in the cold of the now-closed Hakata train station like a homeless person. This was an unforgettable and grim experience. I received an email from Expedia saying they will contact me to discuss this incident. After no contact from Expedia, they contacted me today through email and said they couldn’t issue a refund as it went against policy. I’m very disgusted by the treatment of the hotel staff and Expedia customer support. Do yourself a favor and don’t book this place.

Longer term residence-style hotel.
Enjoyed our stay with two adults and three children. It was helpful to have a washer, refrigerator and stove as well as an extra futon in the closet. Everything was very modern, looked new, and fresh. Very comfortable beds. Probably the best feature of the rooms were the comfort of the bedding. It was a hassle though, to check-in at one location and then have to travel again to the location of stay. Also, it wasn't advertised that it was air bnb style. I had assumed it was an actual hotel. It left me concerned for safety because I had young children with me and there was no security and other occupants were often leaving the entry door propped open. We had seen alot of grafitti in the areawhile traveling to the hotel, but in the morning realized there was a kindergarten across the street and many business people walking to work, so it felt safer. One downside/disappointment was that the bathtub felt very grimy. Like it hadn't been given a good scrub in awhile. I had children that needed to be bathed and a stay that lasted several days, but had to settle on showering them because we didn't want to use the tub. It would be helpful to have an extra pillow for extra occupants (we had booked for 5 people and there were only 3 pillows). It would also be helpful to have some way to hang the washed clothing outside on the deck (rack and hangars). Thanks!

Check-in a total fiasco
Arrived at the Hakata Station about 9pm, took a 6 minute taxi ride to the property. Property dimly lit, no front desk, no phone. Small sign posted on the locked door said check-in desk located off property (no address), call phone number 092-292-1374 for directions. Called the number but did not have the correct calling procedure. Finally figured out how to call the number (had to dial +81-92-2921374), talked to someone at another Residence Hotel front desk, who promptly told me I had to go to her hotel to check in. Had to ask her to have a taxi sent to my location, went to her hotel to check-in and get the combination to unlock the lobby door and the procedure to get the room key out of a mailbox in the lobby, took another taxi back to my hotel (all taxi fares at my expense), obtain the room key, and finally get to my room. The hotel was also located on the Hakata City fringe in a dimly lit, small alleyway.

よかったです。
ホテル周辺にはもつ鍋が食べられるお店があったり、コンビニも2〜3分の距離にあったり マンションのような空間でいい意味でホテルに来た感じがしなくて快適でした。手軽な値段なのにもかかわらずサービス、セキュリティーなど素晴らしいと思いました。九州にはあまり行かないですが、もし行く機会があればまた利用したいと思いました。

駅から少し遠いですが、過ごしやすい宿でした。 マンションタイプなので気楽に滞在できました。 室内洗濯機と浴室乾燥が付いていて、非常に便利でしたが、洗濯槽の洗剤を置いておいていただけると更に安心して利用できるかなと感じました。

建物、部屋の中はキレイでした。 ベッドもとても良く、寝やすかったです。 ただ、ドライヤーがあると書かれていたのになく、深夜だったせいか、フロントに電話しても出てもらえませんでした。

Check in service was a little uncomfortable, and I couldn't find easily the hotel because the google map had a difficulty finding the hotel. However, the room was clean and there was no noise. The heater was a little weak so I felt cold at night.

悪くない
空間は広いし、空調も音は気になったが設備が整っていてとても助かった。値段も手頃な価格でとても良かったと感じる。駅から遠いのと道が狭く、入り組んでいたためこの評価にさせていただいた。

완전 만족 깨끗 하카타역에서 걸어갈만함 많이 춥지않음을 가정했을때 암튼 진짜 만족 프론트 사람 중국어 일본어 한국어 다 가능 ㅜㅜ!
