The location is close to lots of restaurants, but the environment remains quiet. Cleanliness is the key concern of the hotel. Also, the heater (air-conditioner) is quite noisy at night.

The location of the hotel near to Tenjin and it’s full with eatery. Bus stop is just 5 minutes walk away and it’s really convenient

The hotel is situated near both Tanjin and Hakita. Very nice location for tourist. Room spacious and clean

Indoor garden on 2nd floor was nice oasis. The property is at a good location, however can be a bit noisy when other guests return.

Great location. Few minute walk to the yatai (food stalls) by the river, canal city (large department store), and tons of local restaurants. Staff didn't speak much English, but were friendly and kind. Room is simple and clean with comfortable beds and an A/C for those who like to keep cool at night. Would definitely recommend for travelers who need a place to sleep after touring Fukuoka.

Perfect for 6pax
Building and amenities seems new. Room perfectly fits 6 persons. It will be more convenient if toilet is separated from the bath/shower area, since waiting time to use it will be long for a group of 6 pax. Free bottled water on first day only. We stayed for 4 nights, no daily cleaning of the room. We ask for another set of towels once only. Smartphone wifi to GO is very helpful. We can cook and eat. I just wish that they will add a free use of Washer/dryer for clothes in the room, that would be Awesome.

お部屋の掃除がちゃんとできていないのか、到着した際に、バスルームに髪の毛が結構落ちていました。値段の割に最悪です。安ければ仕方ないと妥協しますが、なぜこんなに高い金額だったのか謎でしかありません。立地は良くでかけるには便利でしたがもう二度と予約したくないです。

部屋のホコリ、浴室の髪の毛、清潔なはずのタオルや部屋のクッションにも髪の毛。ドライヤーは整髪料でベタベタ、もう二度と泊まりたくないです。アメニティは歯ブラシと交換無しのバスタオルとシャンプーリンスボディーソープのみです。浴衣ありません。過去最低です。

ベットとソファのスプリングがへたっていて、音がギシギシしました。古過ぎます。他はいたって普通でした。立地は良いので便利ですし、チェックインもアウトもスムーズだったので、ソファとベットがもう少しまともなら、また利用したいです。

外国人の利用客が多く、土足でフロアに上がっているにも拘らず掃除が行き届いてない。清潔さに欠ける。 ベッドマットも凸凹で寝づらい。

Not perfect but good value
This is definitely a budget hotel. Not everything is in perfect condition but it is in very good location and very good price. I will rate it 8/10 mark.

호텔위치는 무난하나, 청결상태 불량, 서비스 마인드 부족!!!
호텔 위치는 그럭저럭… 하지만 호텔 관리 및 서비스가 엉망임. 1. 호텔에 직원이 상주하지 않아 문제 발생시 처리가 불편함. 2. 연속 3일이상 숙박하더라도, 추가 수건 제공해 주지 않음. 코인 세탁실에서 빨아서 사용하라는 답변 3. 직원이 없다보니 마지막날 체크아웃 후 캐리어를 맡기고 여행 할 수 가 없음. 4. 숙소 내 청결 상태 별로임, 보이지 않는 곳(침대, 쇼파 밑 뿐 아니라 에어컨에 먼지가 어마어마함.) 최소 1년이상 청소를 제대로 안한 것 같음. 5. 에어컨이 냉난방 겸용인데, 난방이 되다가 안되다가 함. 리모콘 작동도 잘 안됨. 6. 호텔 위치는 무난하나, 서비스 마인드가 높지 않음. 지인이 간다면 절대로 추천하지 않을 것임.

極度差的一次體驗
這次旅程的住宿體驗態度差， 去過日本無數次，唯獨這次找了這間不知如何應用的極差酒店。沒有服務，搵唔到人，房間又多塵，床不是床，躺下床來發出聲音，床還會搖動，重有玻璃係地下。這五天真是沒有一天能睡得好。體驗極度差。

良い部分と悪い部分がある
キッチンやソファーもあり良いホテルでしたが、清掃が行き届いてないと感じました。 以前も1度使用したのですが、お風呂や洗面台前に髪が数本おちており、今回も同様でした。 ベッド等は快適でしたが、水周りだけがあまり綺麗ではありません。 また、入室方法に手こずり電話をかけましたが一切出てくれませんでした。無人ホテルなのは良いですが、対応がスムーズでないのは困ります。
