"It is not a hotel. It is more like an ordinary western style apartment which is quite spacious and have a washing machine and kitchen. Only around 8-10 min walk to Bataks station. And 3-4 min walk to a convenience store. Highly recommended "

"나카스강에 바로 인접해있어... 뷰.. 접근성 모두 좋았습니다. 4인 가족이 머물기에도 좋았으나, 침대 매트리스는 노후되었는지 교체가 필요할 것 같습니다. 다만 나중에 확인해보니 바로 옆 'GRAND INN CANALSIDE' 숙소와 외관 형태 모두 동일한테.. 금액 차이가 거의 40만원 이상 나네요. 상대적인 가격이 너무 높은것 같습니다. "

"This property was smaller than the SG Residence Hakata, but the experience was good. The Balcony View is a nice and the trains were very close but did not keep us up at night. The downside is the filters on the A/C were filthy. I had to clean them because two of my persons have allergies and the dust was terrible. Location is within 15 mins of the major shopping belt and transport is not a problem as well. "The price is great and basically I like it. The first room we got was infested with a horrible mold smell. They never should have let us use that room. We checked in late at night so we had to stay there that night. Next day a maid came and did the best she could but the smell was there.
