Nice hotel situated away from the hustle and bustle of the centre but with a convenient train link to Tokyo Station just across the road. Room are a good size and in lovely condition and kept scrupulously clean. The area has a number of shops and cafes close by.

Buffet breakfast had a wide variety of food and was delicious. Location was close to main train station and historic sites. There was free laundry machine and dryer to use (detergent costs 100¥ if needed ). There was also water dispenser to use. The staff were friendly.

福岡滞在は1日で急ぎ決めましたがとても良いホテルでした。建物内外ともに清潔、快適。日本感のあるデザインの廊下もお部屋もいい感じでした。ラウンジでの朝ごはんもとても良かったです。ただ、大通りから位置によっては思ったより見つけにくいかと思ったので事前に場所を把握しておく事をお勧めしたく思います。それから、個人的にですが・・・ロビーとラウンジの間の水槽にいるフグがとっても可愛くて癒されました。

お部屋は綺麗で良かったです。 スタッフの対応も良かったです。 9時過ぎに朝食に行ったところ、既に一部の食器が片付けられており、食べ物もほとんどありませんでした。 9時30分までが朝食の時間と書いてあるので、そこまでは片付けずに残しておいて欲しいと思いました。

The hotel itself is within walking distance from Hakata Station. The room was very clean, though the underside of the bathroom door could use some improvement, as it seemed a bit moldy. I’d appreciate it if there were more space to store things. The staff here were generally friendly, but I found the restaurant staff to be much welcoming than the front desk staff. 호텔 접근성은 아주 좋습니다. 2층 통로를 사용하기보다 지하통로 웨스트5번 출구로 나오는 편이 훨씬 수월합니다. 방 자체는 깔끔하고 괜찮은 편이었으나, 샤워부스 문 아래쪽의 방수용으로 붙여둔 테이프? 같은 것이 좀 더럽더군요. 그리고 가방같은 걸 걸어두거나 넣어둘 칸이 하나 더 있었으면 더 편리했을 것 같습니다. 수납공간?이라고 부를만한게 너무 없었어요. 더블룸에서 욕조 있는 방/샤워부스가 있는 방 둘 다 머물렀는데, 욕조 있는 방이 더 사용하기 편안한 느낌이었습니다. 스태프들은 평균적으로 친절한 편이었습니다. 개인적으로 카운터 직원들보다 식당 직원분들이 친절해서 기분 좋았습니다.
