"Smelled of smoke and mildew in non smoking room. Rooms in the pictures for booking are not what you get. Our bed was supposed to be a queen felt like a double. And was against a wall that was not clean. Moisture was built up along the edges of the room. And it smelled of cat/dog urine. Front staff was wonderful. Overall the room was fine to sleep in. But walls are paper thin and could hear our neighbors arguing last night."

"I am writing to share my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. I originally booked a two-night stay while visiting Disneyland, but due to the overall condition of the property and room, my family and I chose to leave after only one night and drive home instead of returning for the second ev, the room and property did not meet even basic expectations for cleanliness, comfort, or maintenance. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed several issues with the room, including visible water damage on the ceiling, which was sagging significantly. The main light switch was also broken, making the room inconvenient to use. In addition, the curtains were heavily coated with dust, which contributed to an overall feeling of neglect and poor housekeeping. While walking around the property to check out the pool area, I also noticed a broken window in a second-floor room, which further raised concerns about the maintenance and safety of the building. Throughout our stay, the hotel had a strong musky and mold-like odor that was difficult to ignore. The sleeping accommodations were equally disappointing. The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows felt old, worn out, heavy, and unhygienic. After spending a full day at Disneyland, we were hoping to return to a clean and comfortable environment to rest, but instead we decided it would be better to drive home rather than stay a second night. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel."
