Perfect choice! The hotel is attached to the mall and the train station. You have so much to choose from for restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. Funabashi area is nice. The room size is okay, smaller which is typical of Japanese hotel but it is enough for 2 people. It has a work space. I’m pleased with our stay. Staff are warm and helpful. The lobby offers free coffee and other personal hygiene supplies.

check-in experience was horrible. Guests are forced to use the original on line terminal to check-in, which is poorly designed. I struggled to type and needed 5min to finally finish, but hotel service persons were just standing by and never helped me

This hotel is located at a train station, it’s very convenient. The staffs are very nice and polite. The room I stayed was very clean and quiet. I stay this hotel every time I visit this area.

The location was super convenient. Right downstairs. Beware though... the room is super small. Not much room to open luggages! Everything was clean and don’t forget to visit the big Daiso store down the street!

One of the best hotel experience ever
Clean and very spacious rooms and great view from above the street. Breakfast is great and location is right next the the train station so traveling is convenient.

Great hotel! Will definitely stay again if I get the chance. The hotel is right next to the station, very convenient location. There are lots of shops and food options. The room was great, good bed, good bathroom, nice view and very spacious. Highly recommend!

It is an amazing hotel. The space in the room is pretty large compared to the normal hotel in Tokyo. The location is unexpectedly convenient. You can take JR to Disney and Nirada Airport in 40 minutes. I would like to recommend this hotel to anybody.

The stay was great overall. Easy to get to from airport. Good amenities around the station. Enough to keep one occupied. Would have been even greater if hotel can offer courtesy late checkout with additional fees. Requested for 2 hours late check but was told need to pay a fee.

Very close to station, both JR and Keisei. Convenient access to airport and center of Tokyo. This area has lots of restaurants and malls so you won’t be bored. Rooms are a good size for 1, probably bigger than Tokyo rooms for 2 people. Very clean and new. Walls are a bit thin though. Service was friendly.
