The kitchen had all the necessities. Complimentary coffee, tea and prosecco! communication was easy. The owner was very flexible and helpful. Good instructions left in the room. "The location is perfect and close to the main attractions. It is a lovely apartment with all the amenities necessary. The only thing that has been a bit annoying is that on Expedia it's clearly stated that the cleaning fees are not mandatory if you clean the apartment yourself but in reality they are mandary fees! "

"I travelled here as part of a holiday to Italy. This hotel was amazing, clean fresh rooms. Breakfast was buffet style with a big selection of warm food, continental breakfast, fresh bread and pastries. All delicious."
"The Elizabeth Lifestyle Hotel welcomed us with a friendly reception that checked us quickly in. The bedrooms are big with walk in closet and the Biggest bed I have ever seen. The outside area is clean and nice with the bar always open. The breakfast was good, always filled up and clean. "

Raquela at the front tlesk in the mornings had AMAZING restaurant recommendations. Marissa, at the front desk in the evenings, was not only nice and helpful but also remembered my wife and I by name after only one day.
While the first room we received had an air conditioning unit that did not work and needed some repairs, the staff was quick to send someone to check it out and then quick to give us a different room.
