"Support on the phone was great since our registration online was not completed. They gave us codes for our rooms. However, the address was confusing because the address does not take you to the "real"entrance. GPS takes you to the back of the building where the 2 doors were closed with no explanation about how to get to rooms. The phone help was promt but could not figure out were we were even with the GPS photo. They were responsive till we were in. Did not help that is a dark street and was...

"Easy access to transport. About 3mins walk to Toos bus stop. 12mins to Wintherthur. Very helpful staff. Clean room and has basic things you would need."
