Santiago de Compostela & Valença do Minho Full-Day Tour
"A truly unique property and a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. The Ribeira Sacra is absolutely breathtaking, and staying at the Parador feels as if time has stopped. An unforgettable experience"
"They only have do it yourself laundry 4 euro to wash, 4 euro to dry. This level hotel should offer laundry service. I asked where I could get a coffee in their restaurant area and I was yelled at and told to go next door. Most hotels at this level at least offer automatic machines i. the lobby for their guests. The small coffee maker in the room did not work either. We paid top dollar for breakfast and not all items were out on time. Room’s air conditioning did not work well. Just average at...
"Hotel is all right but is very bare with minimal amenities. Remember to bring your own tissue, hair conditioner. Note also that there are no coffee or tea making facilities in the room or in common areas. The lamp, air-con and telephone in our first room didn’t work. They were kind enough to change our room. Room is clean, nice beds, bathroom is modern and clean with good shower. "
"clean tidy quiet hotel.
Location was fine for us - it’s a walk to town (downhill).
Next door is a lidl (great).
Lovely pool area with shade and sun beds
plenty of parking.
free breakfast.
Note - no air conditioning so it was tough on a couple of hot nights - but could open the window and get a decent breeze - aided by the fan provided.
overall - very good value for money"
