Oasis outside Gallipoli
We've had a really nice family stay. Great gardens - very well maintained, the swimming pool area was also in good condition and our children liked the tiny playground. The restaurants were very busy with external events, but this didn't disturb us much. It will be great if the staff speaks more languages, as we had some difficulties with that, as well as the air conditioning in our room. All good in the end and happy to recommend.

Rooms are a little tired and location not great as you have to drive to restaurants. But the pool area is gorgeous and lovely warm water!

Very nice grounds
The exterior of the hotel is wonderful with manicured gardens, centennial olive trees and traditional sandstone walls. The interiors do not match and rooms would benefit from an update and more maintenance.

Ottimo soggiorno, tutto perfetto (ottima cena e meravigliosa colazione, letto comodissimo, camera spaziosa e bagno pulito), unica pecca la contemporanea presenza di un anniversario di matrimonio con musica alta fino all'1.30 di notte e fuochi artificiali finali, non il massimo quando hai la sveglia alle 7 e ti aspetta una giornata lavorativa alla guida

Sto soggiornando per le mie vacanze in questa fantastica location e purtroppo devo mettere solamente 5 stelle perchè di più non si può. Appena arrivate sarete accolti dall’immenso parco, tenuto in maniera impeccabile, che circonda l’imponente struttura. Le camere sono spaziose, dotate di tutti i comfort e pulite quotidianamente dalle ragazze che cercano di capire i vostri ritmi giornalieri per recarvi il minor disturbo possibile (cosa che non capita mai in altre strutture). Le ragazze della reception sono simpaticissime, professionali e sempre pronte a darti una mano per ogni esigenza o per qualche consiglio sulla città. Il direttore dell’hotel, Alessandro, è un ragazzo innamorato del suo lavoro, molto cortese e professionale e sempre disponibile nei confronti degli ospiti. Il ristorante è sicuramente il fiore all’occhiello del resort: la cucina è veramente fantastica, tutti i piatti che fino ad ora ho assaggiato erano eccezionali! Se vi piace il pesce vi consiglio di lasciarvi guidare dal direttore della struttura che si prodigherà nel consigliarvi, a seconda del pescato arrivato giornalmente, i piatti migliori ed il vino giusto da abbinarci. L’unica pecca è che è troppo distante da casa mia, altrimenti tornerei volentieri anche per farmi solo un week end all’insegna del buon cibo e del relax! Complimenti!

Stanza poco silenziosa, nel giardino dell’hotel vengono organizzati eventi e sono stato svegliato all’una di notte da fuochi d’artificio. Aria condizionata non funzionante. Il frigobar non viene riempito dopo la prima notte. Non ideale per viaggi di lavoro

Gentilissimi sia alla reception che il barista e la signora delle pulizie. Maleducato quello con la Mini, immagino un dipendente, che parcheggiava davanti all’ingresso utilizzando l’accesso pedonale.

Die gesamte Anlage ist im großen und ganzen recht schön. Die Zimmer sind sauber und der Pool ist echt klasse. Leider waren da am Wochenende Events die übermäßig laut waren, was eib schlafen unmöglich gemacht hat. Auch die Beschwerde in der Nacht hat daran leider nichts geändert

Struttura molto cara, non paragonabile ad un 4 stelle..stanze sporche, invase da formiche, poco accogliente, molto dispersivo..personale scortese..soggiorno pessimo, ci hanno dato una stanza nel retro cucina come se avessimo pagato uno sputo, piena di formiche che camminavano sui letti, la prima notte appena arrivati abbiamo trovato dell’intimo sporco sotto il letto, lavandino che sgocciolava acqua..insomma preferirei non andare avanti..hotel pessimo..altro che resort..questo era un hos

Struttura confortevole con una buona area piscina. Pulizia davvero eccezionale e personale disponibile. Bella la vista sul parco antistante la struttura dove, il verde del prato, la vista piscina e le palme contribuiscono a farvi gustare una vacanza rilassante. Cadre superbe, propre par rapport au centre de Gallipoli. Très belle piscine. Hôtel calme en journée. La nuit est assez mouvementée en août aux vus des soirées organisées pour les personnes extérieures à l’hôtel. Soirées auxquelles nous étions toujours conviés. Pas évident de dormir pendant ces nuits là si on a un sommeil léger... Le point à améliorer serait l’information au client. Le personnel au desk d’accueil est agréable mais ne donne que très peu d’ informations préalables. Il faut aller chercher les informations au compte goutte. Le personnel de salle est aussi peu agréable, pas souriant, ils semblent blasés de leur travail. À part cela il y a beaucoup à faire et à voir dans la région. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour.

Arrivée le dimanche et piscine fermée, pizzeria fermée à cause de l'organisation d'une soirée house music jusqu'à 4 heures du matin. Fenêtre qui tremble avec le son et plus de 600 personnes devant les chambres. Seconde nuit et encore un anniversaire jusqu'à 1 heure du matin. Payer 300€ les deux nuits pour ne ne pas dormir, me semble cher...

Pas mal...mais plus pres d'un 3 etoiles que d'un 4
Le parc de l'hotel est tres beau et tres bien entretenu, ce qui avait motivé notre choix. L'espace Piscine est tres beau aussi donc coté extérieur rien à dire. Part contre, deux grosses faiblesses à mon sens: très peu de personnel parle anglais (rien d'autre que l'Italien alors que nous parlons anglais Français espagnol) et pour un 4 étoiles c'est vraiment dommage. Le personnel est tres serviable et sympatique et plutôt arrangeant ce qui est un bon point. Par contre les sols des chambres ne sont pas tres propres et je ne suis pas maniaque, et cela altere un peu la bonne opinion que nous avons pu avoir concernant la literie de bonne qualité. le petit dejeuné pourrait être un peu plus garni car lorsqu'on se leve tard et arrive vers 9h30, il ne reste plus bcp de choix et c'est dommage. A noter que la salle de sport est vieillotte. L'hotel pourrait être vraiment un endroit de reve et c'est un peu decevant. Mais globalement une belle experience tout de meme.
