"They gave us a wrong room with shared bathroom so we had to stay for one night not two, no staff at night or at check in. Other rooms are great and good people. Need a refund for the cancelled night. "

"Room was Clean , staff were helpful supermarket pharmacy and bus stop all within walking distance with the shopping centre not too far away.

"We stayed one night in Emporium before our flight home. THe room was clean and very well decorated, Great view with the bay windows. The hotel is very well situated and at walking distance of everything.
No parking on site but a 24h public parking is less than 2 minutes away from the hotel, just have to cross the place.
Will stay again if we have the change to comeback to Lisbon."
"Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful hotel right on the beach. Would absolutely recommend and stay again. Staff was friendly and helpful. Close walk to the beach and to the dock area with plenty of dining options and Casino. Indoor pool is a big plus for when weather isn’t ideal for outdoor pool and beach. My kids enjoyed the kids club child care for the adults to get a break. Breakfast buffet was fabulous. Can’t wait to return and stay here again. "
