"I'm an older woman who travels by myself. I felt very safe and comfortable here. The staff was helpful and polite. The room was very clean. It's a short walk to the Milan Duomo and other attractions. The staff was able to get taxis quickly for me for the places that were not walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel."

Hotel has 4 floors only first floor rooms ( 2nd floor above ground) have balconies. Friendly, helpful staff..2 short blocks from the tram which was a straight line to the Duomo.
