"From the minute you step in this hotel you are warmly welcomed and doesnt stop. Great young team. Who are all brilliant. Lovely room. Great location. Lovely food Great private parking. Lovely welcome bottle of wine. Didn't want to leave. Lots to do near hotel. If you looking at this hotel. Book you will not be disappointed. Management should be so proud of you all."

"This is a nice full service hotel. It is conveniently located near the subway and porta Venezia. Convenient to basic shopping and near a good gelateria. The staff was helpful and kind. I enjoyed a wonderful dinner at their restaurant on the 6th floor. Nice steam room, the sauna was too hot for me."

"Modern hotel with a quick check-in process and welcoming staff. However, the location is not close to Milan’s city center or main historical attractions. Our initial room had a musty odor, and the shower drain was clogged. Maintenance came to inspect it and assured us the issue was fixed, but after another shower, the drain remained clogged. We ultimately had to request a room change, which was inconvenient as we had already unpacked and had to repack all of our belongings before moving. To add to our disappointment, we were charged for the full breakfast buffet even though we only had coffee and a croissant. While the staff was friendly and welcoming, the room issues and unexpected breakfast charge negatively affected our overall experience."

"Staff went above and beyond. We requested for the use of the sauna as there was a large group of us and they were able to make this happen for us! Staff were friendly and very eager to help with all our queries. Hotel is a walking distance to train station and you can easily access the main attractions. The breakfast was delicious!"
