This place is special and wonderful for any length of time. The secret spot is the Garden. You’ll have to see it to believe it. Hotel bar staff were not very attentive, serving another customer first, after taking our order. Hotel is not worth £300 a night on a weekday. Is simply too big for that price point (ie. not exclusive enough). Other than that, the hotel got the job done for a one night stay. "The elevators were a constant problem during the week of my stay. They are the lifeblood in a hotel!!! One day I had to walk up the stairs with the manager and another couple who were just checking in. 5 flights-ridiculous!
I love the location and the brand but they need to do better-technology is great-when it works!!!!"

"I liked that the room was very equipped, everything in excellent state. Good taste in design. I only noticed that the room seems to trap moisture, I wish it felt more dry. Besides the air conditioning, I believe the room should have a dehumidifying system. Oh, and I would also add having a full top to bottom mirror… that would make the room top-notch."
