We had to contact the property directly multiple times to get the access code to the property and this was not given to us until after 5pm. When we arrived at the property we were able to use the codes given to us to get into the building. We made the trek up the 4 flights of stairs (no elevator) to the room we were told was ours. "It is right across the LIS airport. The hotel provides free shuttle service to the terminals. The location is excellent. The facility is up to international standards. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. The staff is friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t mind staying longer in this hotel to explore all the facilities. The only thing I noticed during my one-night stay was the floor flooding from a shower, which is a drawback from a five-star rating. "
