The rooms were large and clean, and the hotel was in a convenient location. I specifically chose it because it was close to the airport and provided parking (for a small fee). Great hotel for the value and would stay here again!

Artistic and Excellent!

Everything was lovely - the service, the room, the breakfast, the check-in and out, the access to the centre. A very wonderful place and quite reasonably priced.

Lack of service at the front desk (am) No coffee in the room Asked for early check in the response was you want a private car waiting for you at the airport. Plenty of hotels in the area. I don’t recommend this one.

Have stays here for the last 15 years. Could use o. Update on the showers from tubs to shower stalls would be a lot nicer. Always a friendly. Staff easy parking under hotel and close to everything in Lisbon. Over all very good and clean

The hotel was clean and the view was lovely, but it was nothing like the other nice, hospitable hotels I stayed in in Portugal. Check in took a strangely long time, and no one seemed all that happy to help. The sink was clogged in the room (1016), and when I called down for a kettle (a sign in the room said we had to call for a kettle?), the front desk brusquely told me that I would have had to make a reservation for a kettle? It was weird.

Great hotel, but check-in and check-out slow

Great hotel to stay at, and comfortable in every way. Only check-in and check-out was very slow. Although there were a lot of people working in the reception, they seemed to be occupied with many things at the same time, without attention to making the check-in or check-out run smooth and efficient. It could have saved us as visitors for quite some time.

Overall good however bathroom is not clean properly and shower glass missing part and dirty! Bide cover does not open only by hand! Draper push poll broken and safety issue the window glass/door opens to the outside! Very unsafe
