11 minutes from the.oriente train station. staff was friendly. breakfast was.good. lots of veriaty. shower had a problem with the water preasure, our phone didn't work but they came quickly to fix it.

It said that it has parking but I was charged for the parking, the staff was not very nice, the place is not clean and it very expensive based on the other hotel in the same place

The ventilation in the bedroom was not working! We reported and staff said to open the windows to get air this went for 2 days! I contacted Expedia and request refund or price adjustment and that did not happened! We were moved to 9th floor and the ventilation was still a problem! We did not get any apology from hotel staff who are very rude!
