"There was hole in the wall that was “patched” with a piece of plastic adhered to it that did not even cover the entire hole. The AC unit was leaking with a piece missing that left electrical wiring exposed. The Sheetrock was swelling and mold was thriving. This was the worse hotel ever, but really nice staff. Odd"

"My family had a wonderful experience at this hotel from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The staff was sincere and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The valet parking was very professional. The complimentary breakfast was delicious! We will most certainly stay again."

"This hotel is beautiful but has some drawbacks that made it less than ideal. The hotel is in a prime location but when we checked into our room it was oversized and smelled. There was a portable fan outside the room when we arrived. When moving to another room it was smaller. Also, in this room the sink was cracked. The valet is $50 a night and there is a destination fee around $27 a night. The lobby offered a great location for relaxing with an amazing view. The bar was lively with engaging bartenders. Overall, I’m pleased with the stay but will not return. "
