The only problem was the coffee pot handle broke, causing a mess and breaking the pot. Free parking was provided. Proximity to restaurants and grocery stores were convenient. "This hotel has definitely lived up to its 5* rating. The beds are very comfortable probably the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. The staff were so friendly & incredibly helpful. I had a problem with my booking to the concentration camp & the receptionist kindly offered to call them for me. Reception staff also contacted the transfer company to confirm my booking as I was having issues with my mobile. Small gestures but made a big difference to my stay. If I return to Krakow I would definitely stay here. The hotel is beautiful very clean & only a short walk to the main square."
