The room was clean and updated and staff member was so helpful. I would stay here if I visit Madrid again (one suggestion - free coffee or some other compliment would be nice even thought cafes are right outside the door. "

Christian was great to work with, gave us a quick tour of the place and showed us how to work the washer/dryer and other stuff. The suite was clean. Christian was great in giving us recommendation on where to eat and what to avoid. Overall, I will recommend this place to anyone thinking of visiting Madrid."
