"An older motel off the main drag in Gatlinburg but a great price with a very fun pool experience for the kiddos. We noted some signs of the hotel’s age, a little shabby in places, but clean and comfortable overall. We found the beds pleasant to sleep in, the towels clean and nice, and the room reasonably clean (though not pristine). This was a great value for the money, and price was a major consideration in choosing it. However, here are a couple perks you might not get from other reviewers that helped us with time/planning. - you can walk from the hotel, along a sidewalk, to Mynatt park that has a stream, picnic tables, grills, basketball court, etc (playground under construction as of 6/20/25 so if that’s important to you, call and ask the city if it’s finished) - the hotel is on the Gatlinburg Trolley route (free to ride) - you are within a mile of the Bud Ogle Homestead, which has a nature walk in addition to historic structures; and just beyond that is the Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail, which offers a beautiful drive, places to stop and look around, and a few hikes. *note that to park for longer than 15 minutes at the homestead or on the motor trail you’ll need a Smoky Mtn parking pass, which has to be visible in the dashboard so plan ahead for that - you *can* walk to the Parkway attractions from this hotel if you are in good shape, but take the less-steep route (from hotel lobby, turn left on Airport Road, toward space needle)"

"We loved our stay! Our kids loved the pool and we loved the views! The rooms are older and there are lots of cosmetic issues we noticed (cracking paint, peeling wall paper, etc), but the beds were super comfortable and everything worked as it should. Prices at the restaurant were high for the food, but that’s expected at a hotel. Our only complaint the whole stay was chicken cooked at the restaurant that was rock hard. Overall we had a wonderful stay and will be back next time we visit Gatlinburg. "

"Great stay! I honestly have nothing but good things to say. Parking was a little tight, but we didn’t run into any issues. The staff was super friendly, and the hotel was really clean. Definitely looking forward to booking here again! Loved the location & the walking distance to Downtown Gatlinburg. "

"Outstanding hotel! Enjoyed a 3 night stay this week and room was very clean, comfortable, quiet. Free breakfast was a pleasant surprise when the Expedia listing doesn’t show that as being offered. Parking was always easy too even at 10-11p. Location can’t be beat and I appreciated being at the start of town making the trip to Pigeon Forge for dinner every night super easy (Local Goat is A++++). My only complaint is room 324 the air conditioner unit needs cleaning/maintenance, had a slight mildew smell and I had to run the unit at night since the windows wouldn’t open and the muggy factor was high - I came home with a sinus infection unfortunately. But otherwise lovely hotel, would absolutely stay again!"
