Great room for great prices. Just a little out of the way of the main strip but quiet. Only complaint was our toilet was rocky and sounded like it was going to break when we sat down. Would stay again.

Super clean and comfortable. There was a trolley stop right outside which is a great way to get around Gatlinburg and avoid driving in the traffic there.

Sleepy Bear was exactly what we were looking for. It was a short distance from everything to do in Gatlinburg but still very convenient with a trolley stop across the street. The price was good and the room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the free breakfast on Sat and Sun mornings. We would definitely stay here again.

I was pleasantly surprised how clean and nice the motel was. The staff was extremely friendly and the cook was nice and cooked us a great breakfast our whole stay. Loved the stream out our balcony.

This an older property but they did an excellent job in the remodel. The rooms were quiet and the back porch was peaceful. It is close to trolley to take you into Gatlinburg. The breakfast was excellent. I highly recommend staying here.

This motel is the hidden gem of the Smokies! Super clean and the staff was excellent and treated you like family from Tonya at the front desk that was super nice to the chef that made us breakfast Tony he was awesome to the guy who checked is out. We will definitely be back as soon as possible!

The only reason i gave a 4 star review for the property, they are remolding EVERYTHING, and its not all done yet. I believe this little is just about perfect, made even better with balcony over looking the brook!! If you want a slice of nostalgia for the good old days of family road trips and the road side motels, this is the place!!!!

The owners were so friendly. If you don’t have to stay in the big hotel. This was a great place to stay. I will definitely let everyone know. It was cheap enough for your stay . All and all a great place to stay

The hotel room was clean and updated. The breakfast was awesome! The room had a nice view of the river and there was a trolly to take you downtown which was a good distance away. Hard to complain about anything. Cool little motel that has been recently renovated
