Location is good, you can walk to downtown and is very close to the Trolley Stop. We booked a suite (2 beds and 1 sofa bed) and unfortunately the room was not clean, the carpet looked like it was not vacuumed, there were stains in the bed sheets and comforter, sofa bed was in bad condition, was not clean and mattress was not comfortable. Bathroom, specially the toilet was in bad condition, not clean, I had to clean it myself with wipes to be able to use it. Trash on the hallway trash cans were never picked up and we were there for 3 nights.
