"My family and I really enjoyed our weekend getaway. The kiddos loved the scavenger hunt, and the indoor and outdoor pool areas and slides. They also had a blast at the dance party! It was so nice to have all the amenities there to keep the kids entertained. We will be back for sure! Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean, and beds were very comfortable. The food and drinks were amazing. We look forward to coming back soon. "

"We enjoyed our mini vacation overall. The property had a lot to offer for the price. The indoor waterpark was a lot of fun for our 7 year old. We really didn't like being apprto sit in on a time share meeting in exchange for a $50 vacation."

"In desperate need of updates. The 1 elevator doesn't have any "inspection documentation" the beds are super hard, I mean really hard. Could be a lot cleaner as there was still soap and toothpaste smears on sink faucet from past guests. And someone left a smear of blood on bathroom door from prior stays. Staff was nice and convenient walk to the island and other entertainment on the main strip. Vending machine was out of drinks on first floor, and stole my money when I requested it back. But the water pressure was great. It was ok for the price but the cleaning definitely needs to step up. And again if your looking for a good night sleep just don't, the bed is horrible! Unless you like it hard as the floor then it's a must stay! "

"We booked this hotel last minute as we were driving through town. We absolutely loved it and even tried to extend an extra day but couldn't due to work. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the balcony overlooking the creek was wonderful. We sat out there for several hours just listening to the creek. The breakfast was also very good. This is in a great location and close to everything. We will definatly be back!"

"Beautiful property, away from the busle of the city, but not too far from many attractions. Room was clean, with a modern shower and kitchen.Behind the resort is a calming river. Great property. Plan to return for another stay. "

"Nice staff, Awesome indoor pool area accommodating little kids up to adults with a 9ft deep pool. Rooms were a bit dated, but clean. Great location to everything. Would stay there again! "

"Our room there was wonderful. However the Gatlinburg trolly system was terribly crowded. It took us an hour and a half to return back to our room. Standing room only and packed like sardines. For the rate of almost $350/night, it would be great if the hotel had its own shuttle system for guests. "

"Room was amazing, clean and pleasant view. My kids loved the bunk beds and us parents loved the bedroom had a door. Fun water activities. The grounds were beautiful with lots of fun things to do. We roasted marshmallows and sat by firepits. Kids placed putt putt. Would stay again. "
