"Check-in was easy, staff was Very friendly. John was the one who checked us in, other staff we interacted woth was awesome. We had an accedent one of my kids spilt a sweet drink in the vehicle and due to bear being in the area, we wanted to get it cleaned up so one lady gave me some towels and rubbing alcohol to clean it up. Also when we needed towels Hector brought them to our room. Pool area was clean and enjoyable. Would definitely stay again. Only thing i would recommend is the hotel needs a laundry room. We stayed a whole week and having to bring dirty clothes home for a family of 4. Other than that definitely a Great place to stay. "

"Newly remodeled and up-to-date. Modern, yet cozy and comfortable. Clean and top-notch. The gas fire pits in front of the units is an added plus. It's off the downtown craziness, yet easy to get everywhere even in heavy traffic. The staff is very friendly and the manager, Kesha, is personable and attentive. She had great ideas on local things to do and where to eat and was spot-on with every recommendation. Highly recommend this locale. "

"The hotel is close to the downtown attractions and the hotel’s restaurant is excellent. Staff are very friendly. The rooms are large and comfortable. The hotel is on a hill with nice views. The hotel advises not to leave food in the car so that bears don’t damage the car trying to get to the food."
