"Booked 1 bedroom with double beds and sofa pull out and somehow ended up with two connecting rooms with a king bed. I had a family member get sick throughout our trip and this mistake was God send. I didn’t catch her name but the front desk agent was an absolute Angel. I needed a wheelchair for my parent (she was sick) and a sister hotel had a wheelchair and was able to accommodate us. It was a small effort to check if another hotel had a wheelchair but she did it and for that I’m extremely grateful because we couldn’t get my parent out of the car. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable even though it was a short stay. Thank you so much to the front desk agent!!!!! "
