"Great place to stay with the family - walking distance from station and excellent games areas to keep the kids happy! Staff were really helpful, lovely breakfast and fun/practical decor. We only stayed a night on this trip but would come here again and would recommend it to other families. "

"Not too bad but the car park is in a poor state and up the street from the hotel entrance .. which is not great when it is raining and you have to drag your luggage along uneven pavements and over bumps and potholes all while getting soaking wet."
"1) the Asia pacific looking female receptionist wasnât friendly to me. Probably out of jealousy that Iâm far more beautiful than her. She had bad attitudes to make things difficult during check in. She purposely gave me third floor room because she knows I have 3 luggages and there is no elevator while there are lots of empty rooms on first floor.
2) this place isnât clean. I killed 4 bugs tonight and had multiple bumps on my body. The toilets have sh!t and the shower rooms are stink and flooding also dirty. When these 2 women receptionists are here they donât clean anything. The bathroom and shower are already collective shared. These people wish guests here donât use anything. In fact, the toilet was so disgusting this morning, so I had to go to McDo to use toilet."
