Our stay at the Nash Airport was disappointing. The air conditioner in our room did not work for the entire stay. It took four calls to the front desk to finally get someone to look at the problem, and they could do nothing. We asked to speak with the Manager, and were told that we could not meet or speak with him. When we arrived in the evening, we asked if the hotel served breakfast and we were told no. In the morning when we came down we found that the restaurant was open and serving breakfast. But the employees did not understand about gluten free options and our review of the food offerings indicated no gluten free options.

Affordable hotel near GVA airport. The staff was very friendly. The room was small but very clean with free water bottles. You can walk to the terminal from the hotel in less than 10 min and they also offer free shuttles than run from very early to very late.

The staff makes it here. The guy at the front desk was super helpful with parking and information. The bar server - his first night on the job - was engaging and made us laugh! It’s very nice for a hotel right next to the airport.

Smashing of bottles outside our window from 1am - 4am. I can only assume this was into a bottle bank. Zero sleep, horrific hotel.

This hotel is literally just across an avenue from airport parking and I think it's probably the best of the three hotels. The airport is still an airport, but it's been 20 years since I've had fewer problems at an airport of this size in the US.

All good as an airport hotel with convenient shuttle bus service to the airport. Room was very hot as heater in the bathroom could not be turned down or off. Didn't make environmental sense to turn on the aircon in winter to cool the room down. Had to open the window which is crazy considering it was March in Switzerland and very cold outside. Overall that is not environmentally responsible to have overheating rooms in winter and heaters on 24/7 unable to turn off or down.

Friendly staff, less than 10 min walk from airport comfortable room - loved the bathroom facilities. Milk for tea would’ve been appreciated but otherwise lovely stay- comfortable shuttle transfer to the airport too would recommend

As before a perfect stop over before heading up to Tignes. Super clean and lovely staff. While the bar and restaurant were understaffed, the team were really friendly and my chicken tagliatelle was absolutely delicious! The free shuttle was really handy too. Merci :)

The location and the room itself is great. However, it stated on the website that our check-in time is 12:00pm but I cannot get my room until 1:10. The staff told me it's only 10 minutes when I arrive at 12:30. It takes longer then that and I feel like they should let us know the real time they need for getting things ready, and also be accurate on check-in time.

The location is perfect for getting to Geneva airport as they have shuttles around the clock. The hotel also gives you a voucher to use public transportation in Generva. The downtown is about 20 mintues ride with Bus Line 10. The hotel is worth the price.

Overall a nice hotel, perfect for a pre flight stop over. Fantastic having the shuttle with all of our bags. Only comment is we ordered a double bed and it was two singles pushed together. Would have been nice to have a double bed

Ideal for overnight prior to flight
Quick overnight stay. Checkin efficient and friendly. Room fine but warm even in February. Air con didn’t seem to work. Walking distance to airport. Overall really good value.

Excellent hotel near airport
Very convenient for short stay travelling in or out of Geneva International Airport with regular shuttle services. Also easy to go into town with public transportation and a free transport pass for the stay. Reception staff mostly very helpful and friendly but there is a slight gap depending on which staff you get.
