Location was Amazing!

We had such a great experience here. Close to everything. Shopping was great. Food was amazing. We have a very close and clear view of the Petronas Towers from our room. Staff was amazing. Cannot say enough good things about this place.

Location was excellent. Walking distance to the Petrona Towers and many restaurants. The room was big and quiet. Good water pressure in the shower. Staff was friendly and helpful. WiFi was awful though.

Excellent Location !

The cosy hotel is located in an excellent location, the LRT station and KLCC are just 5 minutes walk. Theres a night market beside selling delicious food !

Grateful to be upgraded but room not clean.

We were given as our request the higher floor, level 12. Though grateful to have our room upgraded, overall room not clean. There is strong smell of dampness could be the result of stale air. Room, dusty and furniture old, cushion dirty.

Had a great stay. Friendly staff and good room. Pool is really nice. Be mindful that there is a large construction going on next to the hotel which made a lot of noise...and will probably continue for a long time.
