The shuttle from the airport was very convenient. Being able to be picked up at the airport and checked into your room in 20 minutes was very welcomed after long travels.

Nice hotel, convenient location for airport, took very big and clean. Shower and bath etc all very good. Tv only had a couple English channels which was slightly disappointing. Tea and coffee facility poor, only had two sachets of milk powder, a hotel like this should have at least pots of milk and more of them considering you get with tea and coffee for about 8 cups.

The hotel is very quiet and very clean. The outdoor eating area was very nice but if you're there for a lunch and a dinner the menu is minimal for choices. The bar and any indoor eating was closed on a Wednesday. The breakfast buffet was very nice with an assortment of options. It's the most convenient location to the airport and the shuttles run every 20 minutes on time.

Excellent hotel, not far from the old town, easy to get back home to in less than ten mins with bud 5 or F, and if you want to get the metro then there is a free shuttle bus to and from the hotel as well. Very convenient and always accessible. Large room, great staff, free travel passes on arrival for one day, and largest indoor pool in Geneva. Breakfast is a little pricey, only flaw, But we would definitely stay again when we visit next time

This property is everything a Hilton is - clean, convenient, accommodating. We asked for an extra blanket and fan and they delivered both promptly. This is especially important as the AC in EU do not run as hard as ours in the US.

A classic business hotel at the conference centre near the airport. Not really the same standard as your average Hilton, though I gather from friends the spa and fitness facilities are good, though i didnt use them. I ate one meal there and it was ok, but nothing special. rooms were also ok, but certainly nothing special. Not much to do in the area aside from visit the convention centre. which worked for this visit, but wouldnt rate as teh best thing to do in Geneva. all in all ok, but nothing amazing

Good hotel but very hot rooms

In general the hotel was good however with no ability to individually alter the temperature in your room it resulted in the room being exceptionally uncomfortable whilst trying to sleep during the night. The only option to cool the room was to open the window however this was restricted and by doing so there was a lot of aircraft noise so the choice was either to have a very hot or noisy room.

The staff are very attentive especially the concierge. The hotel though is a bit old and run down. I had to change rooms because my original room smelt a bit mouldy. The pool wasn’t open but I think that they may be doing a refurb in the future. It’s a 4 star hotel not a 5. Very convenient though for the shows and the food is not bad.

It is a perfect hotel for short business trips, and you have an early flight. Pros - Free airport transfers every 15 minutes - Spotless clean and well-maintained amenities (sauna and swimming pool) - Great breakfast and restaurants - Working air conditioner. (very important during heat waves) Cons - No dining around the hotel - Some rooms have very poor WiFi connectivity. Avoid the rooms in the corners. I have changed two rooms to get good reception

DO NOT STAY HERE!

RUN! The hotel had bug and even a cockroach in the room. We didn't have hot water for 3 days! Instead of offering a solution, or even an apology, the staff was just stoic and said they were fixing the problem. Unfortunately I was at a conference and could not leave, but even when asking for a discount for the huge inconvenience they gave me 1 free breakfast. It was almost laughable given I had no hot water for 3 days!
