"Check in was completely chaotic with no where to park when wanting to check in, leaving many people to double park or park so they block the only exit. The room itself was quite nice so we still gave it 4 stars despite the significant issue with parking. Our stay was good but not sure we would stay here again due to parking problems."

"Overall, the staff is nice and the location fabulous. My room had an interesting odor reminded me of urine and was very strong near the fridge. Maybe a pet has a couple of accidents. The water pressure in the shower was terrible barely a dribble. The room was a bit dated. But the view was spectacular out the balcony and the balcony was a lovely feature. It would be nice if the check in area had a designated counter for coffee, tea, and snacks. Seemed in an odd spot. But as I mentioned before the staff was great!"
