Room was clean. Staff was very helpful (online) and location is close to famous restaurants in George Town. But my room has a smaller bathroom but still manageable. Overall, would stay here again if I ever come back to Penang!

Great location, checking in and out is simple and really good value for money. Wasn’t really a fan of the bathroom and toilet situation. But the most annoying thing was the noise generated by the AC and the fan in the bathroom. So hard to sleep at night.

Have a good stay in the room, value for money. The room provides the basic need and have washing machine and fridge outside the public area. Many restaurants and foods around that area. The room may need some renovation for the floor and toilet for the wear and tear.
