I checked in on 01st July for two days, the receptionist was very professional in handling my reservation. I'm very concerned about the on going COVID 19 epidemic and i was given format question regarding the virus, unfortunately your hotel DID NOT record my body temperature, which is unsafe for other guest. I'm a ex hotelier for 25 years with international chain of hotels. International news and local news are very important for me and your hotel did not provide TV channels and the receptionist informed me that its under repair, hotel is trying to save some money by not subscribing due to the above epidemic,what about news paper for two days. Please check your public advertisement on the web of what your're providing.
