"The hotel was very nice and clean. Brandon did a very nice job of accommodating our wishes and finding us a handicap room with a walk-in shower. I did have a little problem with check out. I was told check out was at 10:00 a.m. which is quite unusual for hotels which give their customers at least till 11 a.m. Other than that, if visiting Santa Fe in the future, I'll stay here again."

"We checked in after hours, but the process was very easy. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We left our coats behind in one of the closets. The young man at the front desk was very helpful. He looked several places but couldn’t find them. One of the housekeepers came as soon as she could and retrieved them for us. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again! "

"We had an amazing stay and loved everything about the hotel! Everyone was so nice. The included breakfast where you get to order from a menu and get what you want hot and fresh was really lovely and fireplaces all over the lobby and restaurant. The main bar is under construction, but the smaller bar and dining room were just fine. There is a complementary Sherry happy hour every afternoon with some very good local cookies as well. We would definitely stay again. Absolutely loved it. The food at the restaurant is phenomenal. Get the Frito pie!!!!! I think it was the best thing I had other than the cesear salad and steaks we had at Dinner For Two. The hotel is perfect walking distance to everything."
