Good service and food except hotel elevator are not accessable directly to our rooms, need to carry your big luggages using two stairs before our rooms. No private onsen available.

Japanese Tarami floor is very old and the string come off and stick to the clothes, back, and everywhere. It is not easy to remove it.

Relaxing but not a lot to do apart from Onsen
Interesting Experience. Dinner and Breakfast was included which were ok. Very few restaurants in town. Spas are about the only thing to do in town. Very relaxing though. This Hotel has LOT's of stairs. That may be an issue for some.

雖有電梯，仍要搬行李走幾趟樓梯，十分不便！泊車取車要乘接駁車，十分不便！但社區很有特色，遇上舞火龍和放煙花，值得一遊！晚餐亦不錯！房間舒適闊落。

東海地方の温泉街
温泉目的で宿泊しました。温泉街に位置していましたので、散策にもちょうどよかったです。温泉はとてもよかったです。施設はリノベーションされていますが、古さを感じますが、気にするレベルではないと思います。和室は畳のいい香りで気持ちがよかったです。

食事は満足
初めての下呂温泉でした。館内は複雑な構造でお風呂や食事に行くのは簡単ではありません。しかし食事は思ったよりおいしく種類もたくさんあり満足でした。値段の割にはよかったと思います。一人でも割増料金がないのがうれしいです。

Bad experience
We have 2 adults, and 2 kids. When I made the reservation, it said that we could have 5 people in the room. But when I checked out, the front desk said that I had to pay 14000JPY more for my 2 children. I don't know why, but i hurried to another place so I just paid. It was a very terrible experience. I don't know if this is a problem of Hotels.com or of the hotel.

약간 불편한동선을 가진 숙소
트윈베드룸은 넓고 좋았으나 제친구방 재패니즈 스타일룸은 낡고 좁았다. 노천탕과 사우나가 따로 떨어져있어서 노천탕을 찾는다고 이리저리 헤맴.아침조식에 개인화로에 고등어를 구워먹었는데 넘맛있슴.

大満足でした
先ず、チェックインの時のフロントの方の対応が良くて気持ちよくホテルへ入る事が出来ました。 価格が安かったので、食事には期待していませんでしたが、バイキングは思ったよりも品数が豊富で良かったです。特に朝食バイキングのクロワッサンは焼きたてパリパリでとても美味しかったです。 露天風呂は台風の影響で壊れて使えないと聞いていましたが、丁度到着した日に直ったとの事で、良かったです。本館行きのバスが定期的に出ていて、泉質のちょっと違う本館のお風呂も楽しめて大満足です。 建物がかなり古くパッと見は汚い印象ですが部屋や他の室内施設の清掃はしっかりできており、古さはあまり気になりませんでした。 今回は１人で訪問しましたが、次回は家族で是非訪問したいです。

改装を重ねてクオリティ維持されてますが・・
経営主体変更、本館/別館の統合などで、改装を重ねたであろう箇所が随所に見られます。そのためか、フロントから部屋まで、長い通路と階段があり、荷物が多い、足の具合が悪い方にとっては、かなりきついと思われました。 ただ、清潔感は保たれていますし、マンガ図書館などもあり、くつろげます。バイキングの食事も、オプション（飛騨牛ステーキ他）無しでも、満足のゆくものでした。 下呂温泉が初めてだったのですが、思ったほどの賑わいはなく、ご高齢の方と団体旅行者が多かったです。ただ、お湯はアルカリの強いヌルヌルした泉質で、肌にも優しそうで良かったです。

Happy stay!
4 of us stayed for one night, the room is spacious and clean. Buffet dinner & breakfast are excellent. No shower in the room, you need to go to the onsen area. Traditional Japanese Ryokan with karaoke rooms, table tennis, massage chairs and also manga area, very nice place to stay. Strongly recommended!

館内は上ったり下りたり複雑で何階にいるのかいつもわかりませんでした。 露天風呂は心地よかったです。 建物自体は年季を感じますが、整備は行き届いていると思います。 夕食はサラダやデザートが安っぽい感じでした。鍋料理やステーキはよかったです。 朝食も種類豊富でした。

歧阜縣溫泉旅館的確擇
下呂，草津與有馬溫泉並列日本三大溫泉。對於喜歡溫泉的旅遊者，下呂確實是個好去處。此飯店有本館與別館區分，有旅費預算的旅客，可考慮入住別館。

The room is so large to live like home. The hot spring is excellent and the surroundings is clear. There are some entertainment to relax. The dinner buffet is amazing. The hotel is more like local (which means many Japanese also choose here to live)

아주 좋습니다
나고야 공항에서 찾아가기도 쉽고 (기차 이동) 게로 역에서 셔틀버스가 있어서 바로 찾아갔었고 셔틀이 없어도 천천히 걸어서 10분이 안 걸립니다. 아침, 저녁 식사도 마음에 들고 노천도 좋습니다. 다음에 다시 가고 싶은 호텔입니다.

위치도 좋고 관광도 조식 및 석식도 좋았다 방도 아주 크고 깨끗했는데 아쉬운 것은 전 객실이 흡연가능이다보니 담배냄새가 배어있었고 온천을 주로 사용해서 그런지 객실내 화장실이 하수구 냄새가 났다

真的很優，到時已經快八點了，前台問是否要先晚餐在check in，缺點是路線不好，要換電梯，要手提行李爬樓梯，其他還不錯，如果露天溫泉能在室內溫泉外更好，不然，去露天溫泉光走出去就一大挑戰

是便宜和一般的酒店
廁所沒有 去水 渠口， 可能不能清洗， 所以 一陣尿味 。入房時， 行很長 很多級的樓梯 。有按摩椅 ，但沒有全開放 。按摩床，但不能隨便使用 。因有人看管 。看管人不在時 ，就放牌 •調理中•露天溫泉，要行很遠，很靜 !感覺不安全，不敢使用!
