"We had a good stay overall. The location is excellent—it's close to the major Gettysburg attractions and within walking distance of the Gettysburg Outlets, including stores like Adidas, Talbots, Under Armour, and others. The rooms were also clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. Calling it a "buffet" is generous—it wouldn't even qualify as a basic continental breakfast. There was no fresh fruit or even canned fruit at all, the yogurt selection was...
"The hotel was a historic building and prior school that was beautifully maintained. The quaint basement restaurant and pub had outdoor seating and the food was delicious! There were historic photographs throughout that were very interesting. The hotel was close to downtown historic Gettysburg and the National Park Visitor Center and Cemetry where Lincoln gave his address. We really enjoyed staying here."
