"I was lucky enough to get a ticket for the insanely popular BTS concert in Busan at the last minute. I booked the first hotel that I could find within walking distance to the stadium not expecting much. Much to my surprise, Den Basta turned out to be a fantastic hotel! "Beautiful place. Terrible customer service. Absolutely no responses from our multiple requests for information. Beautiful and authentic which makes it a great place but no staff around. We had to go to the hotel next door for dining advice ( very few restaurants around but there is a convience store). Difficult to get to without a car as it’s out of town. Top marks for the staff at the hotel next door who helped us with food and taxis. Better service is needed for foreign travellers."

"it was a decent stay, nothing much to complain or review on since we spent our time mostly outside of the hotel wandering Busan. just minor details such as the slightly dusty wall, non-functional light at the door entrance near the shoe area in our room and the bathtub having slight discoloration (or is it yellow putty filled in chipped spots?) but we didn’t use it. overall it was an easy stay with clean bed and a functional tv!"

"This hotel was so luxurious! There's a full clothing steamer that worked excellently at getting the wrinkles out of my dress. The bathroom water pressure for the shower was to die for! The toilet seat was heated and had bidet which was very nice. The bed was really comfortable and the pillows were really nice on my neck after the long days. Very spacious and a large TV to watch movies, etc. The vanity mirror area was really nice for applying makeup and skincare! I really appreciated the Samsung air purifier as well. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!"
