"Great place to stay and great service personnel "

"Room was clean. Bed very comfortable. Air conditioning worked very well. Served breakfast to us in the room. Coffee is excellent! A small mini market was just down the street for incidentals. We used this place as a one night stay over after flying into Banda Aceh before catching the ferry the following morning to the island of Sabang. "Great location, excellent service and the room is a good size, comfortable & very clean. Unusually for a hotel room, the shower & toilet were separate which I liked. Easy walk to the mosque, museum & shopping. Good restaurants nearby, particularly enjoyed the coffee at Tower Coffee. Staff were friendly & helpful, overall I thought it was great value, especially with the buffet breakfast."

"The place is a dump. Service non-existent. Room wasn't ready. We left and didn't stay the place was s bad. Go to the Hermes Hotel 50 meters up the road. Far superior."
