"What an experience we have had. Specifically when compared with other hotels. We have had executive room looking at ocean and with wide balcony and private area. Got best of the better room. Was just extraordinary. Amenities, food, staffs and the experience, just wow. Can’t even think of Bali without Hilton. Thanks to all the staffs for making this so beautiful. "

"The property is in excellent condition area clean and friendly for family 2 pools one for adults and one for family is great idea we stayed in garden bungalow loved it the only negative is the pool side bare service is substandard the employees seem unsupervised and had little interest in guests "

"Very clean and modern hotel. Staff very friendly. A little far away from Seminyak than we would have liked but not too far in the grab. Lovely pool but not much shade options. Breakfast is ok. They serve filter coffee but expensive charge for lattes or cappuccinos which I was shocked at for the standard of hotel. Some I’ve stayed in have that as part of the breakfast service. No signs or menus to say it was chargeable either. "
