"My only complaint is that you have to pay for parking even when you’re staying overnight "

"Hotel and staff were excellent. I will give a warning about the valet parking. My wife Alexa device was stolen from the car sometime during the overnight valet service. Car wasn't broken into so looks as if its probably someone working for the valet. "

"There was no property. I arrived at the address listed and it was a row of boarded up row houses. I paid for a room i never checked in to and have no idea how to get a refund."

"Was there for an overnight conference. Did not have time to enjoy amenities. Restaurant was not open for lunch, but there was a snack bar area to purchase snacks, frozen meals, a pre made salads and sandwiches."

"The property welcomed pets, however, I didn’t need the service. It’s good to know when I return with my Grand-dog 🤗. It was a pleasure to stay at the Reserve on my visit home. I recently relocated from Baltimore in June. Hopefully the rates will stay competitive so I can make this my place of choice to stay when I return. See you soon."
